In November, I had the great fortune to visit members of the PDA student chapter (part of the Southern California Chapter) at the Keck Graduate Institute in Claremont, Calif., the first higher education institution in the United States dedicated to the applied life sciences. This entrepreneurial approach to learning prepares these students to hit the ground running once they receive their degrees.
