This award further reinforces my ability to contribute meaningful advancements in parenteral packaging. It provides a platform to share insights, drive discussions, and collaborate with industry leaders on best practices and emerging trends. It also strengthens my role in customer training and technical support, ensuring that SCHOTT Pharma continues to deliver high-quality solutions that meet evolving regulatory and market demands.

Industry recognition is essential as it validates the hard work and expertise that goes into improving pharmaceutical packaging and patient safety. It fosters innovation by highlighting key contributions and encouraging knowledge-sharing among professionals. In the near term, I aim to continue enhancing quality systems and process efficiencies, building on the successful implementation of SCHOTT Pharma’s continuous release process. I am also committed to furthering industry education through training initiatives and technical collaborations, ensuring that our customers benefit from the latest advancements in parenteral packaging. Additionally, I will focus on expanding engagement within the Parenteral Packaging Interest Group to drive meaningful discussions on regulatory challenges and technological innovations.

About Tony Perry

Tony has over 30 years in the pharmaceutical and pharmaceutical packaging industry, and currently works as a Customer Support Director at SCHOTT Pharma USA, Inc. He excels in customer training and support, and has co- authored numerous PDA technical reports.

As the co-chair of the Parenteral Packaging Interest Group within the Parenteral Drug Association (PDA), Tony contributes valuable insights and advancements to the industry. He is a certified Six Sigma Black Belt with a Mathematics degree, and develops quality systems to tackle industry challenges, ensuring compliance and excellence.

He often collaborates with customers to reduce patient risk and enhance process performance and yield, working with internal stakeholders to meet quality standards. Tony has successfully implemented a continuous release process now used company wide. His commitment to quality and innovation makes him a key asset to SCHOTT Pharma USA, Inc.
