Receiving this honor is profoundly meaningful to me. I am sincerely grateful for the recognition, especially in light of the valuable experiences I have gained over the past two years while supporting the Korea Steering Committee and the PDA Aseptic Processing of Biopharmaceuticals. This opportunity not only helps broaden my network but also provides a significant platform for sharing knowledge. Furthermore, it represents an excellent chance for the young talent at my site to engage with the industry and share their expertise. Being honored in this way will allow me to bring enhanced insights to my role, ultimately benefiting my team and the broader industry.

Industry recognition is crucial, particularly for those of us who volunteer and dedicate our time and effort to our work. Acknowledgment like this serves as a powerful motivator, driving individuals to continue their hard work and commitment within the industry. In the near future, I aim to step into a more complex management role, such as General Manager or Regional Lead.
