It has been an honor to serve as President of the PDA Pacific Northwest Chapter. PDA is a recognized leader in the pharmaceutical industry for its technical expertise, knowledge dissemination, education and training, regulatory collaboration and innovation. I am so pleased to have had the opportunity to contribute to PDA’s mission.
Receiving this service award will enhance my role in the pharmaceutical industry by establishing me as a respected leader, opening doors to new networking opportunities and collaborations. It will also empower me to influence industry practices more significantly, contribute to the development of future leaders, and further my professional growth through ongoing engagement with PDA's resources.
Industry recognition is important because it validates an individual's expertise, enhances credibility, and opens new opportunities for career advancement within our competitive and always-changing field. My near-term professional goals are to drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance quality systems, processes, and organizational culture at Cullinan Therapeutics.

About Anna Gilbert
Before joining BDO, Anna was Senior Director of QA and QC at Nohla Therapeutics which developed an allogeneic stem cell product. Before Nohla Therapeutics, she was one of the earliest employees and the first in Quality Assurance at Juno Therapeutics.
Anna is an ASQ Certified Quality Auditor and a member of the Parenteral Drug Association (PDA). She delivers annual lectures on the topics of quality systems and auditing at the University of Washington’s Master of Science in Biomedical Regulatory Affairs program. Anna earned her BS in Marine Biology and Chemistry from Western Washington University.
