This honor will certainly enhance my reputation in the industry. I have been working in this industry for 20+ years, and I have embraced continuous learning and humility in my work. In Italy, we say: “L’appetito vien mangiando” (appetite comes while eating); it means I am ready for new challenges and experiences within PDA.
Industry recognition is important for me and for my company. By receiving personal recognition, I feel I am representing my company and my colleagues. It is also a confirmation of the success of Stevanato Group. I am inspired by continuous learning; curiosity and proactivity are very important. I would like to continue improving my skills and maintaining my genuine humility while growing as an industry leader.

About Alessandro Morandotti

Alessandro has a background in Electronic Engineering with a Master's in Biomedical applications and Devices at the University of Padua. He has been working in the primary packaging field for more than 20 years, focusing on pharmaceutical glass products, combination products, and drug delivery devices.

As a member of PDA, he attended several conferences providing presentations and lectures about primary packaging solutions in the last years. He has also taken part in different training sessions for PDA and other industry conferences with a focus on glass primary packaging properties.

Alessandro joined Stevanato Group in 2001 and his role has always been linked to highly technological projects, focusing on developing and promoting innovative solutions. Thanks to his expertise, he successfully contributed to developing and commercializing pre-fillable syringes for Biologic Drug Products.

He is currently leading the Drug Containment Solutions Development Team at Stevanato Group.
