Mirko Gabriele
This honor from PDA means a great deal to me on a personal level. Over the past three years, serving on the board has been more than just a role, it’s been an incredible journey of connection, collaboration, and shared passion for making a real difference. Networking has been at the heart of this experience, and I truly believe that meaningful connections are the foundation for driving better outcomes in pharma and, ultimately, better care for our patients. This recognition reflects not just my efforts but the collective spirit of the PDA community where collaboration fuels innovation, and together, we push boundaries for the greater good.
Being recognized by PDA is truly an incredible honor because of the values this organization represents—science-based, integrity, inclusion and a relentless commitment to improving our industry for the benefit of patients. These values are fundamental to shaping the future of pharma, and this recognition pushes me to raise the bar even higher in my own work. It inspires me to stay even more aligned with these principles, fostering stronger networks, driving meaningful innovation, and contributing to a culture of continuous improvement. This honor motivates me to keep striving for excellence and to play an active role in advancing the standards that make a real difference in patients’ lives.
Industry recognition is important because it validates the hard work, dedication, and passion that so many professionals pour into driving meaningful change. For me, it’s about acknowledging the collective effort to uphold the highest standards and push the boundaries of what’s possible in our industry, for our patients. Recognition from respected organizations like PDA reinforces the importance of shared values and encourages all of us to keep striving for excellence. It serves as both motivation and responsibility: a reminder that our work has a real impact on patients’ lives and that we must continue to lead with integrity and purpose.
As CEO of InfiniteVision, in the near term, my focus is on three key goals. First, strengthening our platform, FutureInsite, to support the identification, and development of cutting-edge Healthtech solutions focusing on what really matters! Second, accelerating technology transfer processes of the best technologies identified to help bring innovative therapies to patients more efficiently. And third, expanding our network of industry partnerships to create a stronger, more connected ecosystem that drives better performance and outcomes for patients. This recognition by PDA motivates me to pursue these goals with even greater energy and align more closely with the values that drive progress in our industry.
What inspires me most in life and in my role as CEO is my family. They are the foundation of my values and the constant reminder of what truly matters: integrity, perseverance, and making a meaningful difference in the lives of others. Their support fuels my passion for creating something for the community, working better and better each day… not only for myself, driving me to lead with purpose and authenticity. As CEO of InfiniteVision, this inspiration translates into a deep commitment to fostering innovation that has a real, lasting impact on patients’ lives. My family motivates me to push boundaries, embrace challenges, and lead with empathy qualities that are essential when working toward advancements that can change lives. They remind me that behind every innovation in pharma, there’s a person, a family, and a story that deserves our best efforts. This recognition from PDA strengthens that motivation. It’s a reminder that the values instilled in me by my family; our dedication, compassion, and collaboration are the same values that drive meaningful progress in our industry.
