Description: Managing multiple suppliers in many geographic areas can be challenging for anyone, which makes compliance to current regulations difficult. We will review the critical aspects that are needed to ensure you implement a robust Supplier Management program.
Title: Quality Culture as a Strategic Lever
Description: While we know Quality Culture is necessary, but not sufficient, we don't often discuss its role as an integral strategic lever to ensure personnel behaviors support an efficient pathway to get products to patients. This presentation explores one definition of Quality Culture and the specific behaviors that support a strong Quality Culture. During discussion and reflection, audience members will leverage a template to analyze current behavior trends and compare them to a Quality Culture maturity model and identify key areas on which to focus for building a stronger Quality Culture.
