Ask a Question
Duration: 2 days
Time: 8:30 a.m. - 4:00 p.m.

What are most important positive quality culture behaviors that impact product quality?
Can you identify which mature quality attributes have the biggest impact on quality culture behavior?
Would you like to quantify the strengths and weaknesses of quality culture maturity at your plant site?

Learn to assess the quality culture maturity at your work site. This PDA course will provide you with the tools and knowledge to ensure that you collect verifiable data to create new processes that facilitate positive culture changes. Gain hands-on experience with assessment tools and collect feedback in the following categories: employee ownership, continuous improvement, technical excellence, leadership and commitment, and communication and collaboration. Come back to your organization with an assessment tool for determining the maturity level of your company’s quality culture and the ability to benchmark against PDA’s confidential database of other participants.

As ongoing support included with the training course, PDA will send an anonymous quality culture survey for all site staff to complete. PDA will collect and compile the results so that your site leadership will be able to gauge employees’ views of quality culture and have better understanding of where to take action, how to track progress, and which decisions to take to improve the site culture. You will also have access to PDA’s composite survey results so you know where you stand with your peers.
