In this hands-on session, we’ll use Plan-Do-Chack-Act (PDCA ) and A3 problem-solving to tackle system issues: ineffective deviation programs, change-control sprawl, supplier drift, and cost overruns. You’ll learn which tools to use at each PDCA phase, then break into groups to build an A3 that ties causes to risk-proportional actions and measurable outcomes. Ideal for QA/QC, MSAT, manufacturing, validation, and leadership across clinical to commercial and CDMOs. Walk out with an A3 you can run with on Monday, plus templates you can reuse across your QMS.
