PUPSIT (pre-use post sterilization integrity testing) continues to be a popular industry topic. PDA and BioPhorum have partnered to form a task force whose goal was to provide the industry and regulators with scientific data and analysis on the potential risks and benefits of implementing PUPSIT to improve sterility assurance.

During this webinar, details will be provided on the scientific data generated by the task force as well as considerations and best practices when implementing PUPSIT. Finally, we will leave plenty of time for questions with a panel of experts from regulatory, final fill and filtration.

Speaker Information

Stephanie Ferrante has been with MilliporeSigma for over 20 years supporting sterile filtration applications and is currently the Associate Director of Technology Management. She is also an instructor for the PDA’s Aseptic Processing Course and is an active member of the PDA BioPhorum Sterile Risk Assessment Task Force.
