The goal of all of Matt’s training is to transform behavior and improve performance.

Edwards Demings, the pioneering leader of Toyota in the mid-1900’s and who is widely regarded as the Father of Modern Quality, said: “85% of the reasons for failure are deficiencies in the systems and process rather than the employee.” Many recent studies place that number at a higher percentage and note that as many as 50% of all deviations are recurring at many biopharm companies.  Human Error Prevention (HEP) is a well-researched and well-documented field adopted by many industries (e.g., aerospace, nuclear) decades ago. This overview covers key HEP concepts, and challenges organizations to find system flaws and harness people to seek solutions instead of looking for their failures.

This webinar will provide insight and options to the challenges of traditional thinking.  With this knowledge, one will learn new approaches on how to address some of the causes of HEP issues and how to prevent HEP errors/deviations.
