The visual Inspection is one of the key topics within the pharmaceutical sterile manufacturing.
Detecting defects using the naked eye to ensure equipment is working properly meeting the specification is the aim of the company, but still include some critical steps like
the validation of the manual procedure. Automation and Artificial Intelligence
can enhance detection of defects and particles even with difficult to inspect drugs, moreover the combination of both can significant reduce false rejection rate and this is an open field of technological applications.
Data Integrity remain a big focus and the goal for the company to be in compliance with the regulatory requirements. An overview of these Regulatory Requirements will be open the congress to continue with practical experiences that help on the panel discussion with speakers, experts and attendees.
We will discuss about the reduction of false reject rate and how the technology can help enhancing the quality and the safety.
The agenda will also include a guided tour at the Antares Vision Group manufacturing plant in Sorbolo (Parma) dedicated to inspection machine production, with the opportunity to visit also the test laboratory.
