Tom Hanney will focus on key compliance sections, validated cleaning processes, and the use of advanced materials like microfiber for improved residue removal. Learn how to optimize cleaning validation in alignment with updated standards, drawing insights from PDA Technical Report TR-70.

• Djikolngar Maouyo, Ph.D., Managing Director and President, PyroDex LLC will discuss Heterogeneity of Lipopolysaccharides: Redefining Endotoxins Based on Pyrogenicity. Dr. Maouyo will redefine endotoxins in light of new research highlighting the differences between pyrogenic and non-pyrogenic lipopolysaccharides (LPS), as well as pathogen- and damage-associated molecular patterns (PAMPs and DAMPs). His session will support the transition to the Monocyte Activation Test (MAT) for more accurate safety testing, offering solutions to protect horseshoe crab populations and advance regulatory standards.
