PDA 308.1 Training Effectiveness: What’s Your Design Strategy?

Online
Ask a Question

Short of taking a semester long course on testing and evaluation, this two-part online training course condenses effectiveness strategies and evaluation techniques into an abbreviated focus and attention around two key themes:

  • Why your effectiveness strategy needs to be more than a survey and knowledge check
  • The need to ask the right questions about measuring and evaluating training effectiveness

This blended training course will provide insights and techniques to help Compliance Trainers and QA L&D professionals design an effectiveness strategy that includes techniques to analyze and evaluate learning event efforts that contribute to quality goals and business results.

The training course includes pre-course assignment, online content/participation, and post course assignment. Attendees will participate in virtual activities and exercises.

Requisite: Some familiarity with conducting popular evaluation tools such as surveys, knowledge checks and generating “metrics” reports is suggested prior to attending this training course.

Disclaimer: This training course will not include specific content for evaluating departures from SOPs and GMP violations.
