Good Distribution and Storage Practices (GDP/GSP) - Securing the Supply Chain - CANCELED

Washington, DC
Ask a Question
Duration:  1 day
Time: 8:30 a.m. - 4:00 p.m.

This course provides an in-depth review of issues concerned with product integrity. It is no longer sufficient for manufacturers to end their responsibilities for product quality when the product leaves their premises. Companies need to assure that the product reaches the patient in a condition that is suitable and fit for use. The course covers all aspects of the supply chain, from the supplier selection and oversight, materials qualification, incoming inspection and testing, to product distribution, inventory control, carrier assessment, cold chain monitoring, sanitation requirements and practices, and product security (anti-theft practices).

Who Should Attend

Any member of senior and mid-level management involved with the manufacture, quality assurance, storage, distribution, transportation and marketing of APIs and finished dosage pharmaceuticals will benefit from this course.
