This course will look at the relationship between CMOs and their clients and offer some practical advice on how to establish and maintain an effective working relationship. Participants will understand some of the more critical areas where the client and CMO must work together to achieve a successful outcome including: how to draft quality agreements, how to conduct yourself in an audit, how to collaborate on investigations, what information should be in a technology transfer, and how to work with your CMO/client on regulatory strategies that may affect the facility or product filing. This course will also identify some of the most common areas of disagreements between a CMO and their client and offer practical solutions on how to resolve them.
