Overview

Do you have the background to create effective training experiences?

If you excel in your job, you may be charged with improving the performance of others to a higher level. The reality is that there are training programs taught by individuals who are not educators by profession, nor do they have instructional designers as resources. Individuals tasked to become trainers may be unfamiliar with steps involved in designing a training course for adult learners.

This training course will address the following:

  • Problem: Lack of a systematic approach when creating a training experience
  • Solution: Use a roadmap when creating of a learning experience that will improve performance
  • Take-aways: Tools that you can use to create an effective training solution within your company
