Today it seems that nearly everybody employed in the pharmaceutical industry is called to conduct audits, but only few of them have the necessary qualification for this activity. Some companies are swamped with customer audits and complain about the low standard of the auditors’ skills. Auditing requires extensive knowledge of the current GMP guidelines and good communication capabilities. Both aspects are covered by this course.

The course consists of two parts: The participants will be provided with all information around the audit as laid down in the regulations and technical best practices. The other part will extensively cover the communication techniques during an audit, especially how to lead an audit, conflict situations, communication pitfalls.
