Zoe Reilly SKAN

Zoe Reilly is a Sterility Assurance - Senior Technical Expert at SKAN US. She brings a robust background as a Sterility Testing Technical Lead at a major pharmaceutical company, where she supported numerous sterility failure investigations and actively participated in audit table discussions with global regulatory agencies, including the FDA and EMA. Zoe has led critical initiatives such as a facility transfer for a high-volume sterility testing lab, which included cleanroom classification upgrades and qualification of multiple barrier isolator systems. Her deep technical knowledge in isolator technology and microbial risk mitigation has made her a trusted partner in aseptic process strategy. In addition to her industry work, Zoe is currently pursuing a Master’s degree in Microbiology & Cell Science at the University of Florida, expected Spring 2026, with focused academic interests in cell-based therapeutics, contamination control, and ATMP manufacturing environments. Her growing engagement with ATMPs and next-generation sterile modalities further expands her ability to support evolving sterility assurance challenges across biologics, gene therapies, and advanced modalities.
