Wilbur Ho MSD Senior Director of Digital Manufacturing Operations
With over 23 years of leadership experience in biopharmaceutical technical operations in North America and Asia Pacific, Wilbur has experienced firsthand the practical application of automation, new technology, and data analytics from plant start up, to optimizing production. Currently Wilbur is the Senior Director of Digital Manufacturing Operations for Asia Pacific for MSD, where he drives digital manufacturing strategies to optimize network reliability and agility. Wilbur previously held increasingly level of leadership roles in Genentech, Roche, and Amgen. Wilbur holds a Degree in BioChemical Engineering from University of California, a MBA degree from INSEAD, and a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt Certification.
