Dr. Wenliang Chen PTI (Packaging Technologies & Inspection)

Dr. Wenliang Chen received her Ph.D. of Mechanical Engineering from New Jersey Institute of Technology, New Jersey. She joined PTI in 2008 supporting system applications as well as Research and Development division. Her expertise and focus have primarily been Air-borne Ultrasonic SealScan Technologies (Seal Integrity online/offline Testing Systems and Solutions), Vacuum Decay, Pressure Decay & MicroCurrent HVLD test method development specific to package testing and solutions of inspection technologies. Since 2018, she has been leading a Global Technical Service (GTS) team to support PTI customers around the world. In October 2024, she was appointed as APEC BD & Service Manager to support PTI business and partners in the region. Before came to USA, she was an Associate Professor in Shanghai Jiaotong University from 1992 to 1997.
