Valerie Rautureau Eli Lilly

Valérie Rautureau began her career at Eli Lilly in 1996, supporting the implementation of a biotechnology unit. In 2000, Valérie transitioned to Parenteral Operations, where she provided critical support to manufacturing activities and led operational teams. During this time, she developed deep expertise in parenteral manufacturing processes and their associated challenges. From 2005 to 2015, Valérie held a variety of roles, including Project Manager, Product Steward, and Second Loop Support for Parenteral Operations. Over the years, she progressively built strong competencies in visual inspection, ultimately becoming the Site Visual Inspection Expert in 2015. In this role, she drove the evolution of inspection strategies and ensured global alignment. In 2023, Valérie moved into a global function, focusing on implementing visual inspection strategies across new sites and advancing global harmonization. Today, she serves as a central expert, participating in setting the Eli Lilly standard for visual inspection excellence.
