Timothy Hsu MHSA UNIDO|AAMI

Timothy joined AAMI in 2024, serving as the Vice President of Industry and Emerging Technologies. He has experience in various roles focused on scientific research and leading collaborative communities, public-private partnerships, and issues related to the healthcare sector including AI, Medical Devices, Life Sciences, and Combination Products. Timothy is also currently serving as an International Expert on Healthcare Industry to UNIDO. Previously, Timothy worked as Chief Collaboration Officer at the AFDO/RAPS Healthcare Products Collaborative, leading FDA & Industry initiatives across the Collaborative (formerly Xavier Health). He has served as Co-Chair and Strategic Committee for MedCon, Combination Products Summit, PharmaLink, and the AI Global Health Initiative / AI Summit. He has also worked for GBBN Architects, Premier Inc., and serves as an International Expert on Healthcare Industry at UNIDO with ongoing mission assignments in the Middle East. He is a member of the National Academy of Medicine’s AI Code of Conduct Working Group, current Co-Chair of PDA Europe’s Good Digital Manufacturing Conference, and also serves on Vanderbilt University’s Health AI Maturity Model Advisory Council. Timothy’s academic background includes Kenyon College (BA English and Neuroscience), Xavier University (Master’s Health Services Administration), and executive education from MIT Sloan School of Management & CSAIL (Computer Science and AI Lab) [Executive Certificate in AI: Implications for Business Strategy].
