Thomas Grant PhD Team Consulting

Thomas is a Senior Consultant in Digital Health responsible for the leadership and delivery of digital health projects at Team Consulting. In his role, Thomas collaborates with designers, researchers, human factors, software, and hardware engineers to develop solutions that are truly user-centred and enhance the patient experience. Thomas has over 11 years of experience in the medical device industry, with a strong background in human factors research in drug delivery and combination product development. Thomas has moderated over 600 interviews for a broad range of medical devices with patients, healthcare professionals, and caregivers across the globe. Thomas has a PhD in Home-Use Medical Device Design from Loughborough University’s Design School, as well as a BSc in Design with Engineering Materials and a Diploma in Industrial Studies (DIS) with Smiths Medical International as a research and development engineer.
