Thomas Frank, Dipl Ing IPMA Level B, is a chemical engineer and certified Senior Project Manager with extensive experience and a strong network in the field of refrigeration. For more than 15 years, he has worked across various areas of industrial refrigeration, ranging from process cooling for chemical plants to food storage and environmental simulation. Since 2019, he has been the owner of Refolution, an engineering office that leverages deep refrigeration expertise and analytical process understanding to develop innovative solutions in areas such as lyophilization, freezing, heat recovery, and automated ultra-low temperature storage.
