Sibilia Quilici is the Executive Director of Vaccines Europe, the specialized vaccines group within the European Federation of Pharmaceutical Industries and Associations (EFPIA). Vaccines Europe brings together research-based vaccine manufacturers of all sizes and is dedicated to fostering innovation and achieving value recognition for life-course immunization to protect populations against evolving health challenges.

With over 15 years of experience in the vaccine sector, Sibilia has a strong track record in generating evidence and shaping policy to demonstrate the full benefits of preventive measures. She holds an International MBA in Entrepreneurship and an MSc in Health Economics and Biostatistics.

In her role, Sibilia is committed to strengthening Europe’s vaccine ecosystem by promoting innovation, advancing sustainable immunization policies, and fostering collaboration across stakeholders. She engages extensively at the science–policy interface to support decision-making, enhance public health resilience, and position vaccination as a cornerstone of Europe’s long-term preparedness."
