Shaun Crofts Gilead

Shaun Crofts received his B.Sc. degree in Chemistry from the University of Bath, UK and subsequently spent several years working in California as a research chemist. His technical career then moved into process chemistry and then pilot plant scale production supporting clinical studies. In 2001, Shaun took advantage of an opportunity to move into Quality and in this capacity has worked in the areas of drug substance, solid dosage products, parenteral products, and packaging. Shaun is currently involved with oversight of CMOs and other material/component suppliers, audit and inspection readiness and execution and GMP process/system optimization.
