Seda Aksel PhD SHL Medical AG

Seda Aksel is part of the global product management team, leading efforts on the development and lifecycle management of SHL’s device technologies, from concept through to production and market introduction. In her role, she specializes in bridging the gap between the technical, strategic, and commercial needs of SHL's specialty autoinjectors portfolio. She is responsible for cartridge-based self-injection solution—featuring SHL Medical's proprietary Needle Isolation Technology (NIT®), designed to support specialty formulations, including lyophilized drugs. Prior to her current role, she worked in the medical device industry in various positions, including Development Engineer in R&D and Global Product Manager, where she oversaw the entire product life cycle from ideation to commercial launch and post-market life cycle management.
