Robert A. Repetto is a global leader dedicated to generating lasting impact. At Pfizer, he has launched seven transformative new products, including the accelerated launch of the Abrysvo (RSV) vaccine for Older Adults (OA) and Maternal Immunization (MI). His expertise in managing strategic partnerships, optimizing project management, and driving global cross-functional collaboration has consistently resulted in successful product launches. Robert has led enterprise-level organizational change, guiding global teams in project management optimization, digitization, AI implementation, QBD Process Development, and risk management. Robert has been actively involved in the Parenteral Drug Association (PDA), serving as Co-Chair of the Task Force on Single-Use Systems and as an instructor for the PDA Technical Research Institute. His contributions have helped shape global standards and best practices in the industry. He has received PDA’s Distinguished Service Award and has published influential works, including the PDA Technical Report 66 on the applications of single-use systems in pharmaceutical manufacturing. Robert has served on the Town of Philipstown Conservation Board since 2007 and mentors emerging leaders through Johns Hopkins Biotech CASSS Program. Robert holds a B.E. in Chemical Engineering from Manhattan College, M.S. in Bioengineering, Polytechnic University of New York, and an MBA from Iona College.
