With a career spanning over two decades at ANSTO, Robert has held pivotal roles across the range of nuclear medicine products, where he led shift teams to consistently exceed delivery, quality, and safety benchmarks, and is now focused on process robustness and continual improvement.

Robert’s leadership is grounded in a deep commitment to learning and development. He has a passion for growth, strategic foresight, and building meaningful professional relationships. These strengths have enabled him to thrive in dynamic environments, drive innovation, and mentor teams through complex operational challenges.

He has also pursued advanced education, including completing a Master of Management degree, and a PhD in Nuclear Physics. He has completed extensive technical and leadership training in areas such as GMP compliance, radiation safety, and production process optimisation.
