Rifat Kamarudheen ObvioTec

My name is Rifat Kamarudheen and I work as an R&D and Data Scientist at obvioTec, which is located just outside Zurich, Switzerland.

My expertise lies in the fields of light-matter interactions, optical spectroscopy/microscopy, and materials science. In my current role, I take responsibility for pharmaceutical client projects that focus on the detection of visible particulates in difficult to inspect Parenterals using spectroscopic techniques.

My educational background includes a master's degree in nanotechnology, as well as a PhD focused on understanding the optical properties of nanostructures from the Eindhoven University of Technology, Netherlands.
