Patrick Gregorowicz is the Senior Director of Operations for bioMérieux’s Lombard, Illinois facility, a key North American site producing prepared culture media for pharmaceutical, food safety, and healthcare customers across the U.S., Canada, and Mexico. In this role, he oversees a multidisciplinary team spanning manufacturing, quality, engineering, supply chain, and continuous improvement, with a focus on operational excellence, risk management, and sustainable growth. With over a decade of experience in life sciences manufacturing, Patrick has developed a reputation for driving efficiency, embedding risk-based decision-making, and building resilient operations. During the 2023 tornado crisis, Patrick led the site’s structured, risk-informed recovery, enabling the continuity of patient-critical supply while laying the foundation for stronger redundancy and crisis protocols across the network. Patrick is passionate about aligning operational strategy with patient and customer needs and frequently collaborates with industry peers on topics including risk management, supply chain resilience, and digital transformation.
