Patricia Igneczi is a Senior Technical Services Specialist at Contec, Inc., where she specializes in contamination control. She brings extensive expertise in cleanroom flows, aseptic behaviors, gowning, cleaning and disinfection, and environmental monitoring, supporting global customers in strengthening contamination risk mitigation strategies and implementing sustainable best practices. Before joining Contec, Patricia developed and implemented contamination control programs for cell and gene therapy, contributing to multiple cleanroom builds, facility expansions, and transition from early-phase to commercial manufacturing. She has a proven ability to develop cross-functional partnerships that align contamination control initiatives to meet evolving regulatory expectations. Patricia is also deeply committed to mentoring and professional development. She serves as a mentor in both The Ohio State University’s Match Mentor program and the ISPE Mentor program, where she helps guide and inspire the next generation of professionals.
