Pascal Dugand Nemera

Pascal Dugand graduated as a Polymer Engineer from EAHP in Strasbourg, France. He is an experienced medical device developer engineer specialized in the development of parenteral drug delivery devices. He developed parenteral devices for Nemera's own IP products, and is now focusing on early-stage activities including pens and on-body devices developments .
