Olga Labovitiadi, PhD Scientific Associate Director Drug Product Development and Delivery Johnson & Johnson Innovative Medicines Olga has over 12 years of experience at Johnson & Johnson Innovative Medicines, focusing on Drug Product Development and CMC strategies for viral vectors. She has coordinated formulation, manufacturing, and tech transfer for various vaccine programs, including Covid, HIV, Ebola etc. Her expertise spans early- and late-stage development, covering formulation development and implementation, upscaling and PPQ strategies. Currently, she leads the Viral Vectors and RNA team in Leiden, driving innovative projects on AAVs and Lentivirus. Olga is particularly passionate about utilizing modeling tools to enhance efficiency, deepen product understanding and achieve excellence in drug product development. She holds a PhD in Pharmaceutical Sciences and an MSc in Medical Molecular Microbiology from University of Aberdeen, Scotland, UK.
