I am Nika Gvazava , a final-year PhD student in the Lung Bioengineering and Regeneration Lab at Lund University. My research focuses on developing techniques that utilize different spectra of light to characterize tissues at the molecular level,with spatial-temporal analysis, including living tissues . The development of these non-destructive and label-independent techniques are important for better understanding molecular changes in their native states (i.e. unprocessed) but also can be used in clinical pathology for more rapid diagnosis or to characterize advanced therapy medical products (ATMPs) during their production and manufacture
