Mohamed Refaat World Health Organization (WHO) Technical Officer (GMP Lead Inspector)
Mr. Mohamed Refaat Abdelfattah is a Lead GMP Inspector within the WHO Prequalification Programme. In this role, he is responsible for conducting Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) inspections of manufacturers of finished pharmaceutical products, active pharmaceutical ingredients (APIs), and quality control laboratories.
Mr. Abdelfattah brings over 20 years of comprehensive experience in the regulation of medical products, encompassing GxP inspections, quality dossier assessments, and regulatory system strengthening. In addition to his inspection responsibilities, he also contributes to inspection planning activities within the WHO Prequalification Programme.
