Melissa Damino CSL Seqirus

Melissa Damino is the Director of Quality Control at the CSL Seqirus Tullamarine Facility. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Medicinal Chemistry from Monash University.

In her role, Melissa leads the strategic direction of Quality Control and oversees the operational readiness of activities at the Tullamarine site. Her responsibilities span laboratory design, method transfer, product testing/release, digital innovation, and QC sample logistics.

With 17 years of experience at CSL, Melissa has held a variety of positions across Quality Control and Quality Systems & Compliance, contributing to the organization’s commitment to excellence, innovation and patient safety.
