Matthieu CHARVIN BD Medical - Pharmaceutical Systems

Matthieu Charvin is an experienced Senior Project Manager at BD, specializing in new product development. With over 13 years of experience at BD, Matthieu began his career as an R&D engineer in the Innovation and New Product Development team, where he contributed to breakthrough innovative projects as a Design Engineer. His responsibilities grew, leading him to oversee R&D activities for a prefilled syringe (PFS) program. He then advanced to the role of R&D manager, where he spent 5 years focused on design, simulation, and test methods for passive needle safety and auto-injector systems. For the past 3 years, Matthieu has served as a Senior Project Manager in new product development, leading cross-functional teams to transform innovative ideas into commercially successful products. Matthieu holds a Master’s degree in Biomedical Engineering from Ecole des Mines de Saint-Etienne, France.
