Matthias Poslovski, Dipl.-Ing. (FH) OPTIMA pharma GmbH

Matthias Poslovski, a graduate mechanical engineer, has been part of the Optima Group since 1998. He began his career as Sales Manager at the former Inova pharma systems GmbH. From 2000 to 2005, he headed Optima’s Kugler division, specializing in non-sterile filling and packaging technologies.

In 2006, he assumed the role of Vice President Sales for comprehensive turnkey solutions, including filling lines, isolators, and freeze-dryers. In this capacity, he played a pivotal role in shaping Optima Pharma’s global sales strategy and strengthening its international presence.

Since 2024, Mr. Poslovski has served as Chief Sales Officer (CSO) of OPTIMA pharma GmbH. As CSO, he leads global sales, drives global sales excellence and oversees application engineering, business development, strategic marketing and product management. His leadership is instrumental in positioning Optima Pharma as a reliable strategic partner for advanced pharmaceutical turnkey solutions worldwide.
