Matthew Oremland PhD Redica Systems Sr. Director, Data Strategy and Analytics
Matt Oremland is a Senior Director of Data Strategy & Analytics at Redica Systems, where he drives the design and execution of data and AI capabilities that power next-generation quality and compliance intelligence for life sciences organizations. In this role, he partners closely with product, engineering, and domain experts to integrate complex regulatory and manufacturing data into unified analytical models, enabling proactive risk detection, cross-site trending, and scalable decision support. Prior to joining Redica, Matt held data and analytics leadership roles at Gilead Sciences, where he drove enterprise analytics initiatives supporting business-critical decision-making. He also worked in the Digital & Data Science unit at Takeda and as a Senior Process Data Scientist at Regeneron, leading predictive modeling efforts and applying advanced statistical methods to improve manufacturing performance and process reliability. Matt holds a PhD in Mathematics from Virginia Tech and is passionate about translating modern AI approaches into practical tools that strengthen inspection readiness and elevate quality culture across the industry.
