Over the past two decades, Matt has driven innovative medical device development in the arenas of orthopedic spine implants and self-administration injection devices. Most recently, he led a large technical team in the development and launch of Merck KGaA, Darmstadt, Germany’s new connected electromechanical autoinjectors. Matt also leads the Industrialization Organization for medical devices within Merck KGaA, Darmstadt, Germany to ensuring supply continuity, capacity management and close supplier management.
