Massine Yanat SGD Pharma

Based in New York, I support pharmaceutical companies across North America by aligning their technical and quality needs with three pharma-grade glass plants in Europe. My role focuses on translating customer expectations into actionable improvements on the manufacturing side. I lead quality and continuous improvement initiatives, deliver on-site training, and manage technical investigations—including SCARs and glass non-conformities assessment—across the U.S. and Canada. I hold two master’s degrees (Climate Change & Sustainable Development + Integrated Systems Management) and speak English, French, and German. I’ve completed hands-on rotations through the quality departments of glass manufacturing sites in both France and Germany, gaining a deep understanding of plant operations and quality systems. I’m also passionate about sustainability. I contributed to the early development of SGD Pharma’s sustainability strategy and continue to support it as the Subject Matter Expert for The Americas. I'm co-leading the PDA Interest Group on Sustainability.
