With a B.S. in Microbiology and a Ph.D. in Pharmaceutical Regulatory Sciences, Lori Richter brings over 25 years of leadership in the biopharmaceutical industry, specializing in Quality Systems, Quality Risk Management, CMC QA Operations, Training, and Business Continuity. Her expertise spans across GxP regulations in small molecules, biologics, and cell and gene therapies.
Lori is passionate about reimagining Quality Management Systems (QMS) as not just compliance requirements but strategic components that drive business performance. She has designed and implemented QMS frameworks from the ground up, ensuring they are both effective and fit for purpose, seamlessly integrated into business operations.
Currently, Lori serves as a Consultant at Enterey Life Sciences Consulting, based in California.
