Lisette Gilchrist Bayer HealthCare LLC

Lisette Gilchrist is a Quality Product Lead and organizational transformation coach at Bayer with more than 25 years of leadership experience across quality, systems, strategy, and risk management. She provides end-to-end quality oversight for biologics portfolios and is a trusted advisor to senior and product teams, known for driving cross-functional alignment, governance excellence, and operational impact. Lisette has led sustainable GMP and quality system remediations in deviation management, inspection readiness, customer complaints, and release cycle time reduction. She has successfully hosted numerous global regulatory inspections and delivered measurable quality enhancements, including significant observation reduction initiatives increasing compliance and a culture of Quality. Lisette is a nominated Bayer Transformation Coach and has been instrumental in bringing Bayer’s Dynamic Shared Ownership (DSO) organizational transformation to life across Pharma, Consumer Health, and Crop Science. She and Bayer’s journey—spanning leadership coaching, product team enablement, and enterprise activation—have been featured in The Wall Street Journal. Currently on a short-term assignment supporting cell therapy for Parkinson’s disease, Lisette partners with BlueRock Therapeutics and Bayer to apply end-to-end quality strategy to emerging modalities. A former faculty instructor for the Parenteral Drug Association (PDA) TRI facility, she has trained leaders from FDA, Health Canada, and MFDS on change leadership and quality management. Lisette holds an MBA in Healthcare from George Washington University and a B.A. in Molecular and Cell Biology from the University of California, Berkeley.
