Laurent Veuillet Dec Group Head of Filling Division
With over 25 years of experience in the pharmaceutical equipment industry, Laurent Veuillet currently serves as Head of the Filling Division at Dec Group, leading global strategy and innovation in aseptic and sterile filling technologies.
Prior to joining Dec, Laurent spent 16 years with Bausch Advanced Technology Group, where he served as Vice President and Worldwide Business Development Director, overseeing operations, P&L management, and international sales for advanced filling and packaging systems.
Earlier in his career, Laurent held leadership roles in business development, marketing, and sales at Alphacos (part of Bausch Group), Thermo Fisher Scientific, and Quantel Medical, contributing to global market expansion and technology adoption across Europe and the U.S.
Laurent holds a Master’s in International Business from Monash University (Australia) and a License in International Affairs from Université Jean Moulin (Lyon III) (France).
