Lara Zaki MSc Team Consulting

Lara is a cognitive neuroscientist working at Team Consulting as a Strategy and Innovation Consultant, where she focuses on the strategic directions that inform early-stage medical device design and development plans. Lara conducts market and user research and applies behavioural science methods to optimise the design, UX, and clinical integration of devices to ultimately improve patient and clinician experiences. Before joining Team, Lara had product strategy roles in digital health, and published works on the application of AI-based software to support dementia diagnosis. Lara holds a Clinical Neuropsychology MSc from Leiden University and a Cognitive Neuroscience BSc from Brown University.
