Notable Career Experience: • >25 years of industrial experience in Science, Technology, and People leadership roles (spanning a variety of large corporations, including Lexmark International Inc., Saint-Gobain, Celanese, Eli Lilly, and Merck) with a focus on applied Materials Engineering, Drug Delivery, and Device Technology. • MedTech and Pharma Drug Delivery Devices and Combination Products specialist with expertise in dial and dose pen injectors, autoinjectors, connected devices, and large volume injectors. • Led teams that developed and commercialized 10+ products (for insulin, incretin, immunology, neurology), drug delivery, and connected solutions at Eli Lilly. • Well networked with device component and sub-component key supply nodes, partners, and leadership teams. • 2x Eli Lilly President’s Award recipient. Education: • Master of Science in Polymer Chemistry – University of Madras (1993) • Ph.D. in Materials Science and Engineering – University of Connecticut (1997) • Post-doctoral fellowship in Surface Science from the University of Cincinnati (1997-1998) • Master of Business Administration – University of Kentucky (2004)
