Jennifer Roark West Pharmaceutical Services

As the Technology Manager for Container Closure Integrity, Jennifer is responsible for the container closure integrity program at West for both internal and external customers. She has over 29 years of experience in analytical chemistry and quality control testing in a GMP environment, and over 18 years of experience with analytical method development and validation. Jennifer has specialized in container closure integrity testing since 2016. She also participates in standards development with PDA, ISO, AAMI, ASTM, and USP; and she has co-instructed three container closure integrity workshops for the PDA in Europe. Jennifer joined West in 2021. Jennifer earned her B.S. in Biology from Millersville University. She has authored several peer-reviewed articles, West blogs, webinars, and presentations.
