Jennifer Popovich Catalent

Jennifer Popovich is an accomplished Validation Director with over 25 years of experience leading validation, compliance, and process improvement in pharmaceutical manufacturing. After earning her B.S. in Biology from East Carolina University, she launched her career at Catalytica in API validation before expanding into OSD at DSM Pharmaceuticals, where she advanced to Validation Manager and later supported global CPV standards as Program Manager. She went on to direct validation at Mayne Pharma, leading a team of 12 and establishing site-wide cleaning and CPV programs aligned with FDA guidance. Since 2022, Jennifer has served as Director of Validation at Catalent, overseeing cleaning, equipment, facilities, computer systems, and product validation for potent OSD products. She also contributes to the industry as an ISPE-CaSA Board Director-at-Large.
